The Boomerang AS/AW is a rotating arm stretch wrapping machine designed for stretch films and equipped with an automatic system for film gripping, cutting, and welding.
There are three different cart versions available for this wrapping machine:

Carriage 210: It features an electromagnet brake and allows adjusting the film tension through the control panel.

Carriage 212: This version comes with a fixed film pre-stretch ratio of 250%, but it can be customized with pre-stretch options of 150%, 200%, or 300%. Film tension is controlled through a load cell, adjustable via the control panel.

Carriage 214: This cart has two independent motors that enable variable film pre-stretching from 150% to 400%. Both pre-stretch and film tension can be adjusted through the control panel.
The control panel is a 7-inch touch screen with icon graphics, designed for easy operation.
The following parameters can be adjusted via the control panel:
- Pre-stretch (only for versions 212 and 214)
- Film tension (for versions 210, 212, and 214)
- Arm rotation speed
- Top and bottom wrap count
- Carriage speed for ascent and descent
- Ground start
- Photocell delay
- Altimeter
- Manual control of carriage ascent and descent
- Manual control of presser ascent and descent
- Program memory
Adjustable cycles and customizable programs include:
- Up and down cycle or alternating cycles
- Mettifoglio cycle
- Presser cycle
